XAAC&M's Mission is two-fold:

• To discern and partner with the strengths, diversity and unique contributions of all Xenia area local churches, para-church ministries and church ministries in order to accomplish in a unified manner what could not be accomplished as effectively alone.

• To provide an inter-church agency for cooperation in worship, religious education, evangelism, and community welfare.
